A leading name within the industry has executed plans to expand their head office based just outside of Colchester. Employing over 200 members of staff across a range of disciplines there has been two positions made for experienced Sales Progressors. Inherent of this position is a clear path to progress within the sales team or moving across to the finance sectors within the company.
If you have 12 months experience within an estate agency environment dealing with the progression of sales up to and around 30 properties at any one time then this could be a great opportunity for you. You will be working alongside a team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with the administration in relation to legal documents for third party companies.
• Troubleshooting issues and helping establish solutions should there be a problem within the process to ensure everything is completed within agreed timescales.
• Working closely with the sales team to provide extra leads and targets upon referencing checks.
• Keep the company database and marketing up to date in relation to your sales teams portfolio.
Due to the fast-paced and high volume nature of this position we are looking for those with direct experience within the property industry. Along with a competitive base salary you will also be given a commission structure that is based upon team performance which over the last twelve months has always been achieved.
