Recruitment Resourcer - Graduates considered, Sawston - Are you currently looking for your first move into business? Brand Recruitment is the number one marketing recruitment agency in the Central and Eastern Region recruiting for most of the companies in the area. We have won numerous awards including Regional Agency of the Year 2011, 2012 and 2015 (national MARA awards) and Cambridgeshire Recruitment Company of the Year. We are currently going through a period of growth and are branching out into new markets, which is why we are looking for a junior level recruitment support professional to join the ranks!
We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, methodical and able to work on multiple recruitment projects at any given time, at speed, whilst shadowing a senior member of the team. Candidates who have worked in a fast paced and structured organisation would do well in this role, as would candidates with some light experience of either customer services or administration.
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be working closely with one or two senior members of team on multiple recruitment campaigns at any given time. You'll be speaking to candidates regarding positions, attending candidate interviews and writing engaging copy to attract the absolute best marketing professionals in the region. As your success builds in the role you will be given more responsibility and are likely to account manage some clients of Brand's clients, again with the full support of your business unit manager. As a growing, entrepreneurial organisation there are long term opportunities on offer and we look for candidates who will embrace our hard working ethics, whilst also embracing some fantastic perks which come with the role!
Most of all you must be hungry to succeed, as typically, team members who start in resourcer roles go onto great things within Brand!
