ROLE INFORMATION
- Unique opportunity to join a fast growing ServiceNow partner specialised in managed services
- Supporting over 150 external sales people
- New business focused role
- Selling to both commercial and public sector
- You will be selling a full portfolio of Enterprise Service Management Solutions covering areas such as; ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, CSM and HR
- You will be working alongside 6 regional sales teams
- You will be building relationships with ServiceNow account executives
- Assist in sales enablement of the SCC sales force
- Maintain sales opportunities, deal registrations and pipeline updates
- Focus on ServiceNow practice led sales but support wider SCC managed service campaigns
- Support for ongoing marketing campaigns, content, social media posts etc
- Projects range from GBP50k to GBP1m
- Typical sales cycle 3-6 months
- UK wide travel, likely to be one day a week in London
- Reporting to ServiceNow Sales Manager
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3 years' experience of IT sales into mid-market 3,000-5,000 seats
- Ideally ITIL Foundation
- Experience of selling professional services and managed services
- Understanding of SaaS and the enterprise software space
- Interest and desire to learn about the full spectrum of Enterprise Service Management
- Understanding of public sector frameworks and G-Cloud
- Good rapport building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
- Proven experience in growing revenues by selling multiple propositions into an account
