A key support to the Managing Director charged with developing a clear business development plan and delivering increased business by improving our share with existing customers and identifying new sources of business. In addition the incumbent would support key organisational initiatives and corporate projects. The role will report to the MD. You will contribute by preparing, implementing and managing business development plans and mobilising the Operations team to support in the process. In addition the role will manage the existing B2B marketing activity. Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities within the Case Management and medico legal market and actively manage the same - Demonstrate a clear business development plan that identifies key opportunities and risks and manage these with internal and partner stakeholders - Achieve and exceed annual budgeted revenue targets across all defined income streams for identified key accounts - Claimant solicitors, Defendant solicitors, insurers, post settlement case management, medico-legal reports and any NPD introduced - Identifying key areas of risk and managing these to ensure impacts are mitigated - Develop new routes to market and propositions. - Effective liaison with Marketing Manager and Directors for Case Management and Expert Services - Supporting the recruitment of case managers to meet with contractual demands Experience in working as a clinical professional (Nursing, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Social Work) or as an expert witness or case manager. - Proven record of sales achievement - Strong track record at managing significant accounts - Strong project management skills - An understanding of the UK legal services market You may have experience of the following: Head of Business Development, Sales Director, Business Development, Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, Financial Services, International Business Development Manager, Managing Director etc.
