The company is expanding rapidly over the next 12 months and, as such, we’re looking for a Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team. 

Your Rewards: 

- A basic salary of £23,000 pa 
- Bonuses including shift and overtime with expected earnings of £30,000, working 3 shifts rotating

Your Role: 

As a Shift Maintenance Technician, you’ll be working across our manufacturing site in a role accountable for delivering plant, people and processes that support manufacturing capabilities. 

You’ll take specific responsibility for developing, managing and leading a Manufacturing Team, ensuring health, safety and environmental aspects are compliant and fit for purpose, and making sure all machine breakdowns are attended and resolved effectively. 

Your role will also involve: 

- Helping to develop and implement PM schedules 
- Ensuring everyday processes are compliance 
- Taking ownership of problems and affecting change where possible 
- Undertaking continuous improvement projects 
- Investigating and providing recommendations for faults and machine downtime 

About You: 

To be considered as a Shift Maintenance Technician, you will need: 

- Experience of troubleshooting 
- A 17th Edition qualification 
- Experience with any of the following: pneumatics, dry powder blenders, liquid vessels, sauce manufacturing, or FFS packaging machines 
- The ability to stand in for the Maintenance Supervisor
