An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join us in Swindon.
Within this role, you will supervise, manage and deliver on a day to day basis the requirements of all term briefs within the full asset management contract with Riverside Direct or any other contract that may be awarded.
You will be responsible for meeting all Key Performance Indicators and delivery of innovation and continuous improvement within the areas of responsibility.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have knowledge of Repairs Maintenance, measured term contracts and schedule of rates, along with experience of working in Social Housing and experience of supervising Operatives and Sub Contractors.
Candidates for this role must hold a full valid driving licence
