Administrator / Customer Service Advisor
Our Public Sector client, based in the centre of Norwich is seeking experienced Administrators and Customer Service Operators to join their team. The roles are Monday - Friday on a full-time, temporry basis. The rate of pay is £9 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
As a Customer Service Operator you will be based in a small team answering inbound calls from clients and customers. You will be handling approximately 30-60 calls on a daily basis, answering and resolving any queries. Previous experience in a call centre environment or in a similar role will be required.
Dutes will include but will not be restriced to;
- Ansering inbound telephone calls
- Completing after call work
- Providing efficient and excellent customer service
- Updating and maintaing databases
- Dealing with calls related to court cases
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and previous experience with call handling.
As an Administrator you will be based in a team completeing general administration duties relating to court cases. This will include but will not be restricted to;
- Updating a bespoke database
- Booking Interpreters
- Telephone bank work
- Preparation of Courts and Court files
- Liaising with internal staff
- Answering emails / post correspondence
- Use of Microsoft Outlook
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills both written and verbally, with strong customer service skills.
You will be required to have a shown background in administration and confidence in using the Microsoft packages.
The rate of pay is £9 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
Successful candidates will need to register with Brook Street, Peterborough and will be subject to a security check (Disclosure Scotland). To be considered for the roles you will need to have a valid passport or Drivers Licence for photographic I.
