Customer Advisor (Planning Team)
Brook Street Recruitment are delighted to be resourcing applications for a Customer Service Advisor within the Planning department, for our client based in Belfast
Our client has advised us that the role is temporary with a view of becoming permanent on your 13th week, depending on the candidates satisfactory completion of their training.
The role of the Customer Advisor will be a mixture of receiving calls and administration within the planning team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known household name in Belfast
We are seeking candidates who have appropriate and relevant administration experience within a customer services environment and dealing with high volume telephone enquiries. It is essential that the applicant is a good articulate communicator.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Our client has requested that the applicant must have A minimum of 5 GCSE`s at grade C or above or significant relevant work experience
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £7 per hour, which is paid on a weekly basis. You will also enjoy an array of benefits that our client has to offer
