Brook Street are proud to be able to advertise an exciting opportunity to join A Public Sector client on a temporary basis. The position will be based in the Bournemouth and is based on a 37 hour working week.
As a Court Administrator you will support the progress of cases from receipt to closure. You will carry out administrative duties for local operational teams, following nationally defined procedures.
In this role you will ensure that the information that we hold regarding the children and families that are referred to us is accurate and processed correctly. You will update records on our electronic case recording system, saving relevant documents, sending letters and information packs to service users, and following up missing information. You must therefore have good experience and knowledge of general office practice and procedures, coupled with strong IT skills.
You will carry out telephone, reception and other general administrative duties as required. As you may be a first point of contact for families, courts and solicitors, you will need strong oral and written communication skills
£7 per hour for the first 12 weeks.
