Brook Street are seeking a temporary Apprenticeships Officer to cover the Bath / Gloucestershire area on behalf of the Construction Industry Training Board.
This is a mobile position so applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle (mileage covered in expenses)
You will be responsible for the recruitment, monitoring and timely achievement of apprentices in the agreed working area.
You will ensure that Employer Services recruits agreed numbers of apprentice starts each year, supporting the apprentices, employer and colleges to ensure each apprentice achieves their programme as well as ensuring standards are met and improved in terms of quality of processes and administrations in line with audit requirements.
You will ideally have;
- A recognised Health + Safety Qualification
- Knowledge of the education sector or in the Construction Industry
- Experience of being responsible for own workload and working independently to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
You will be paid £17 per hour. This is for a 3 month assignment which could be extended.
