Trainee Case Manager
My client is looking for a Trainee Case Manager to join their well established mortgage company in Southampton.
The role of the Trainee Case Manager is fundamental to the growth, support and success of the Client. The role does not allow too much room for error and therefore accuracy, consistency and knowledge of lenders products, procedures and criteria must be maintained at all times. It is also a key requirement that service standards are kept high, this will involve regular communications with the Clients business sources either verbally or with the use of BORIS.
Maintaining an efficient, professional and close working relationship with business sources, in particular supporting intermediaries and be positive in all comments and actions towards them.
Ensure knowledge of lenders products, criteria and packaging requirements are maintained to a high standard.
Encourage new business sources/existing business sources to use Complete FS Ltd services.
Ask for referrals from existing sources
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A detailed working knowledge of lender products, criteria and processing requirements
A detailed working knowledge of BORIS
Good, concise and clear communication skills
The ability to discuss unusual circumstances with lenders to influence positively cases for approval that are slightly outside criteria.
