We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to join a friendly independent organisation in the North Bristol area.
We have an opportunity for a Care Manager to oversee a new supported living service for adults. Working with a fantastic organisation that will support you to develop in this role and reach your full potential, you will oversee a small team of staff, delivering support to adults with learning disabilities, and associated needs.
You will need to be flexible to work shifts which may include 1-2 sleep-in shifts per week. You will need to be a driver with your own vehicle, and you will ideally hold a Level 4 or 5 care management qualification, or be working towards it.
