We are seeking experienced childrens homes managers across Devon for permanent opportunities within a number of organisations, as a registered manager within a childrens residential home.
We are working with a number of independent but well-established and highly reputable organisations across Devon, including 3 organisations with outstanding OFSTED ratings.
Roles available are based within various size homes from single placement to 4 bedroom homes. Salaries range from £30,000 - £40,000, with excellent benefits packages and generous annual leave entitlement.
To be considered you will need a minimum of a Level 3 Children and Young People (ideally Level 5), along with some management or supervisory experience within childrens residential services (i. at Team Leader level or above). We are happy to advise developing candidates on career progression opportunities within these organisations.
You will need to be able to offer some flexibility with regard to working hours as these positions involve an on-call element, and some also involve shift working. You will also need to be a driver with access to a vehicle.
