Brook Street UK Ltd is delighted to be seeking applications for an Administrator on a part time basis for our client based in East Belfast
Our client has confirmed that the role f the Administrator is part time and temporary up to the end of June, this may be extended. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1230
Due to the nature of this work, the applicant must hold an Enhanced Access NI prior to employment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties;
Updating and managing files
Conducting data entry duties
Utilising MS Excel and Word daily
Taking a meticulous approach to file management
Answering incoming calls
Ensuring case files are continually updated
Auditing information and documentation
Conducting general reception and front-desk duties
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
