A company director and head of a charity (based in West Somerset) requires a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant. The work will be wide ranging involving personal, business and charity administration. During periods leading up to events, both in the UK and abroad the post holder will need to work under the pressure of deadlines and occasionally of communication time differences. Frequently working alone, the ability to work proactively and intuitively is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right level of skill and experience.

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Apple Mac expertise
  • Understanding of Social Media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Diary Management
  • Arranging travel itineraries
  • Maintaining an excellent standard of client care
  • Handling and following through general queries

Desirable skills:

  • Minute taking
  • Inspiration and input into advertising and marketing material
  • Qualified First Aider
  • Basic bookkeeping

Additional Information

  • Travel away from the office may be required
