We`re seeking applications from candidates who believe that, with great training, coaching, and support, they can become excellent Customer Service Advisors. Our client has multiple vacancies with immediate starts in Newry so please call Brook Street today on 028 90 324548.
The successful candidates will work through Brook Street for the first 12 weeks and then have the possibility of securing permanent roles with our client.
Duties will include:
" Providing excellent customer service
" Demonstrating high levels of customer experience
" Have the drive and determination to succeed in a challenging and performance driven environment.
Successful candidates must have a good level of verbal and written communication skills. It`s also essential that the candidates have a good level of IT-literacy.
The hours of work will be between 0700 and 2330, Monday to Sunday, so candidates must be able to work during those hours and on those days. Our client has advised us, though, that they will be flexible with hours to ensure that the Customer Service Advisors can use public transport to get to and from work.
The rate of pay will be dependent on the campaign the successful candidates work on. The rates of pay are £5, £7, or £7 for 16-20 year olds; £7, £7, & £8 for 21 -24 year olds, and £7 & £8 for applicants aged 25+.
