We are looking for an innovative Service Lead who will lead a newly restructured service, working closely with colleagues and key partners to shape all aspects of our highways strategy and operations. Under your leadership this high performing team will provide innovative, fast paced operational services along with high quality planning and strategy.
This is a broad, multi-faceted role providing an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of an area with ambitious plans and significant new funding to make those plans a reality. You will help deliver a £103 million, multi-year, multi-agency capital programme working with a range of partner organisations. You will operate as the Chief Engineer for the authority, providing strategic leadership of the highways function whilst driving forward the operational delivery.
