Brook Street UK Ltd is delighted to be resourcing applicants for a temporary telephone based role with a view of becoming permanent on your 13th week for our client based in Co Down. The hours of work will vary from 0700 to 2330, Monday to Sunday, this is a full time post, but our client may consider part time. Our client will be flexible with hours to ensure that applicants can use Public Transport to get to and from work

We are seeking enthusiastic applicants who have a good service history and have the right attitude to deliver outstanding Customer Service!. Our client does not necessarily require Contact Centre experience, as full classroom training will be provided
No qualifications are required; however, we would require applicants to have a good level of verbal and communication skills and IT Skills
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £5, £7&£7 for 16-20 year olds, £7,£7&£8 for 21 -24 year olds and £7&£8 for applicants aged 25+. This will depend on the campaign that you are assigned to.
