Part Time Accounts / Purchase Ledger Assistant
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Part Time Accounts / Purchase Ledger Assistant.
The position will be for two fixed days a week, Monday and Tuesday, the hours will be 8.45 to 5.00 with 45 minutes for lunch.
- Produce Daily Sales
- Invoice Run
- Process invoices
- Monthly payment run
- ISO Auditing
- Raising Purchase order numbers
- Purchase work ware
- Monthly MAN rollo recharge
- Month end close down
- Year end close down
- Assist in Audits
- Depreciation on fixed assets
- Monthly credit card statement
- Yearly stocktake
- Fire alarm tester
- General filing
- Bank runs
- Minimum requirement of AAT level 3.
- Eye for detail and speed of inputting.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Analytic skills for prioritising workloads to help meet deadlines.
- Be highly self motivated.
- Working in a team environment
