Brook Street UK Ltd works closely with a well established and reputable company based in the Belfast City Centre who is currently recruiting for a dedicated Graduate IT Advisor to join their existing team.
Our client, a global leader in IT solutions, offers the successful candidate, a bright and vibrant workplace, discount for an array of restaurants throughout Belfast and an excellent rate of pay. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
The role will be based within a Service Desk team that are highly trained to deal with a high volume of calls and capable of supporting the business on 1st line basis.
You will be responsible for dealing with inbound calls from the client, dealing with and resolving as desktop issues, providing voice and email support and troubleshooting software and devices.
Our client is seeking a graduate from an IT course, with experience of ticketing tools, knowledge of ITIL frameworks and someone who is available to work in a 24 environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8 per hour.
