Life Actuary - Risk Modelling and Analytics

Our client is seeking a qualified life actuary to assist with the development and maintenance of the methodology for its internal model, whilst providing quantitative and qualitative support to Risk Management activities and reporting.

In this key role, you will perform regular recalibration and review appropriateness of methodology for the IM.

You will also support responses to capital and risk initiatives including work related to current and future transactions, whilst providing analytical support for regular FRM reporting including risk reports and ORSA.

In addition, you will be deeply involved in research and development, extending the scope of risk analysis initiatives into new areas that are capable of providing business benefit.

With knowledge of financial market, insurance and operational risk modelling and management, the successful candidate will have a track record of management experience.

Experience with statistical software such as Matlab and R desirable.
