Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: GBP25,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

??Lease and Hire Car management: ordering lease cars within budget and terminating them in line with the company policy
??Liaising with car hire companies and processing all invoices and direct debits within deadlines
??Updating NIC and P11D files regularly
??The Business Support Administrator will be managing the pool car for staff, dealing with fines and ensuring Insurance Cover for all vehicles
??Preparing monthly salary deductions for FSE's and local employees
??Arranging travel for all employees in line with the company policies and ensuring cost effectiveness
??Liaising with HQ regarding any global or relevant local arrangements, as well as communicating with Hotels, Airlines and Travel Management Companies
??The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for managing the Business Travel System and co-ordination of travel authorisation
??Invoice booking and vendor statement reconciliation
??Preparing accruals for month end preparations
??As the Business Support Administrator, you will be supporting with any facilities issues such as corporate event support, office layout support and managing stationary
??The Business Support Administrator will be the first point of contact for all insurance queries
??Managing any insurance related enquiries and data such as accident report forms and car repairers etc.
??Fuel card ordering, direct debit processing and card termination in accordance with company policy
??Supporting HQ with any Global Insurance inquiries
??Front of House contract management will be required of the Business Support Administrator
??Liaising with courier companies
??Holiday cover for other team members
??Ad hoc responsibilities as and when needed

??Good organisational and administration attributes
??Ability to work on own initiative, use good judgement and solve business and customer related issues
??Experience of working within a performance management environment with SLA's and KPI's.
??Intermediate to advanced excel skill - essential
??Methodical and driven
??Experience in a similar Business Support Administration
