We are looking for a brilliant Head Of Service Delivery to take full ownership of a function and drive how the business forward. As an experienced Head Of Service Delivery you will bring a breath of knowledge with you especially around the high availability of Ecommerce platforms. Putting process in place to ensure that they can remain highly available at all times! You will be taking ownership of the service desk and work with programme managers to ensure that process can be put in place to continue the existing knowledge transfer between departments. There will be a focus on the internal systems of the business managing the existing functions and monitoring their performance and identifying where the business can continue to develop. The business currently have multiple IT systems and are looking to consolidate these. There is a real need for you as the Head Of Service Delivery to focus the measurements around performance. You will be solely responsible for the UK and take complete ownership of over performance metrics and liaise with external senior steak holder from market leading business.
