Support Engineer
LOCATION - south of Banbury
TERM - Permanent
SALARY- GBP23,000 - GBP35,000 per annum approx.
My client creates cutting edge industry leading products used for testing and research. Due to continued growth, they are looking to take on a Support Engineer on a permanent basis south of Banbury.
The Support Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
* A degree in Electronic Engineering
* Ideally experienced in a technical support role - Grads will be considered
* A strong interest in technology
* Great attention to detail, committed to achieving perfect results the first-time round.
* Enthusiastic with very good communication skills both spoken and written.
The Support Engineer role will involve:
* Providing product support and training for customers
* Investigating and resolving customer problems
* Create documentation - articles and support guides
* Develop and deliver customer training courses
* Perform tests on new products and software before market release
* Sending out new software and firmware releases to customers
* Manage key account relationships
