Full time (37 hours per week)
Salary - £25,215 to £27,295 depending on experience (Inc. excellent company pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement & further development opportunities!)

This Housing Officer position is a fantastic opportunity to join this growing community-based housing association in Bristol, who always try and go the extra mile for residents. They currently manage nearly 2,000 homes in and around Bristol and South Gloucestershire and have plans to expand in the local area. Housing Officers are key to delivering the highest quality proactive housing management service and demonstrate our values of delivering More Than Just a Roof. The role supports our tenants/residents and takes an active role in developing our communities, whilst ensuring effective and timely rent recovery.
The successful candidate will be a good team worker, flexible, well organised and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A professional and enthusiastic approach to great customer services will be necessary as well as a commitment to team working across the organisation.
Experience of working with tenants on Universal Credit would be really helpful alongside some knowledge of income management or ASB.
A CIH qualification or the willingness to study for the qualification with our support would also be desirable.
