My client is a multi-branch engineering company, who due to expansion now require an Warehouse / Admin. person for their Aberdeen branch.
The salary will be based on experience, but will be competitive with an annual bonus structure.

Key Tasks (Warehouse:
Accurately pick stock items in accordance with the outgoing paperwork.
Adequately package all orders for safe delivery to the customer.
Hose Assembly (training will be given).
General stores duties, delivery of goods in company van.

Key Tasks (Admin):
Receiving telephone and email requests for price quotations, orders and adjustments. Contacting suppliers to source non-stock items. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Dispatch goods with the correct paperwork.

Person Specification:
Someone who has a flexible attitude, well presented, self-motivated and the ability to communicate at all levels, enthusiastic and commitment to help drive the company forward.
Must have a full clean driving licence.

Skills and Ability:
Attention to detail and excellent accuracy
Ability to work procedures
Excellent communication skills
Good computer and basic numeracy skills.
Able to prioritise workload
Comply with Company Health and Safety Policy
Customer focused
