We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work within the NHS on the outskirts of Chelmsford.
You will be working as part of the primary care team providing administration support within the GP and medical department.
Duties will be varied but will include answering calls, updating spreadsheets, arranging meetings, typing notes from meetings, scanning documents and other ad hoc duties as required.
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, have strong communications skills with Microsoft Office skills to an intermediate level as you will be required to use Excel on a frequent basis entering information into spreadsheets. You will need to be organised and have an eye for detail.
The role will be working Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm with free parking on site. You will be paid £8/h for the first 12 weeks which will increase to £8/h at week thirteen.
