Office Manager/Estate Secretary - Full Time Position

Sevenoaks, Kent

The Montreal Estate business is involved in arable, livestock & woodland production as well as residential property and a high-quality game shoot. 

The Estate has multiple income streams and is actively developing more. All enterprises are developing and expanding, and this position is a strategic part of the longer-term development of the Estate as a whole.

We require a first-class Office Manager/Estate Secretary to join the existing friendly team and become a key player in the Estate's future.

You will be responsible for managing all daily activities in the Estate office and provide general PA duties for the Estate, Property & Woodland Managers.

Key responsibilities include book keeping and preparing management accounts, purchase and sales invoicing, payroll, pensions, HR, Health & Safety, liaising with our IT support and general Estate administration.

Ideally you will have a formal book-keeping qualification, be experienced with Key Prime accounts, and Earnie Payroll. You must be flexible, adaptable and willing to grow with the business with an entrepreneurial outlook and a 'can-do' attitude. 

Competitive Salary dependant on experience.
