HR Assistant

GBP25,000 pro rata

Are you an experienced HR Assistant looking to join a lovely organisation on a 6 month contract? The purpose of this position is to support the office with all HR duties when required.
The positon involves:
Reviewing CV's and conduct screenings
Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Identifying improvements and make recommendations for change
Building relationships with outside sourcing and recruiting resources
Working with candidates and vendors to obtain background checks
Posting ads on job boards, college website, newspapers, etc.
Coordinating both off and on site recruiting events
Maintain and report KPI and statistical data on recruitment drives and activity
Administer and assist in other areas, such as maintaining employee records, benefits, absence records, reviews and
probations etc.
Any other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will:
Be able to build strong relationships
Have a Degree or relevant qualifications in HR
Have 2 Years experience in HR
Be able to recruit at high volumes
Have the proven ability to source candidates
Be able to work under pressure
Have a driven and positive attitude
