An exciting opportunity has become available for a competent, professional and person centred registered manager to join an established provider of care and support for children and young people with learning disabilities in the Worcester region.
You will be responsible for the operational day to day management of a small, yet homely residential service for young adults aged 18 years plus.
You will join this organisation at an exciting time of growth and development and take leadership in the day to day management of a purpose built, state of the art residential service. You will work with the senior management team to shape and develop this service and help put your stamp on the care provided here.
You will successfully register with CQC and ensure all care delivered is of a high quality and in line with both company and CQC guidelines. You will play a key role in recruiting and staffing the service, overall day to day management of staff, ensuring the home is operating within a set budget and that occupancy maintains at it`s maximum through assessing and managing referrals.

To be considered for this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate substantial experience within a registered care manager role or equivalent for adults with learning disabilities and ideally have held registration with CQC.
The QCF level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent, as well as extensive knowledge of ASD and other learning disabilities will benefit this managerial role.
In return for your excellent skills, knowledge and experience, you will receive a highly competitive salary up to £35000 per annum, on going training and development, a generous annual leave allowance and other exciting benefits.
