Customer Relations Exec (Commercial Property)

Based in central London, this client is an expanding leading on-line commercial property platform for Buyers, Renters & Agents.  Their focus is on sourcing the best commercial property for SMEs and helping them get the best terms of the deal

Currently looking to recruit a Customer Relations Exec for Commercial Property

The Role

They are looking for an energetic person with great customer relationship + customer sales skills.

Ideally, the candidate would have some experience in commercial property although this is essentially an entry level role.

Further training in commercial property will be provided.

Key Duties

  • Understanding the vision and targets of the customer's business. Sourcing properties for customers according to their requirements, business vision and targets. Selling the services of the company to customers.  Receiving feedback and upholding the client relationship with the company.  Organising viewings and creating brochures for clients. Assisting senior commercial property managers on viewings and other tasks.

This job will allow you to learn a lot about how different businesses function, receive knowledge on what to look for in different types of commercial property for a wide range of businesses and, most importantly, you get to participate in helping each customer achieve their dreams.

You will need to be passionate about commercial property and your customers business to enjoy this job.

This is a challenging job that will require strong organisational skills.

In time, you will be trained to become one of their sales agents

Salary on offer is £20k to £25k pa (dep on exp) + Benefits.
