Location: West Malling
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week -Monday to Friday

Do you have senior HR experience and interested to utilise this knowledge to support a continuously growing and market-leading company?

We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor on behalf of an ever-growing, dynamic company located near West Malling to manage employee relations and to support the HR department with a variety of duties. This will include providing HR advice to managers, managing disciplinaries, grievances and probation reviews and also to support the HR team with other HR projects and ad-hoc duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated to work in a rewarding role which is focused on creating and implementing new innovative ideas and solutions to make the company an even better place to work!

What experience is required?
