Due to ongoing growth, they’re now looking for a Renewals Advisor to join their Software Renewal Team.

The Role: 

As a Renewals Advisor, you’ll help customers to renew their software and hardware licences, as well as providing advice on the other complimentary products our client offers. 

In this varied role, you will: 

- Provide quotes for the renewal of anti-virus, anti-ransomware, security, backup and cloud services 
- Organise renewals for services from vendors including Microsoft, Sophos, Symantec, HP and IBM
- Liaise with Account Managers and Infrastructure Consultants to deliver a first-class service to customers 
- Identify opportunities to up-sell products to customers 

About You:

To be considered, you’ll need: 

- Experience in an IT, technology, sales or customer service role 
- Proficiency in MS Office 
- A great telephone manner 
- Strong communication skills 
- A proactive approach 

Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a renewals role, but this isn’t essential. 

Our client is eager to hear from candidates who’ve worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Technical Support Advisor, IT Support Advisor, IT Renewals Advisor, Customer Service Executive or Customer Service Representative. 

Individuals with experience as a Customer Support Advisor, Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Sales Rep, Account Manager or Business Development Executive are also encouraged to apply.
