We are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join our clients' ever expanding, international company on a permanent basis. Delivering a HR service to strengthen employment relations, working together with the HR team and all other relevant departments to meet the corporations goals.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR administrator or assistant to develop and up-skill within a company with strong core values and goals.
The ideal candidate;
Will have or be working towards achieving CIPD qualification,
Have an adaptable approach to work and always be seeking improvement both for the company, its employees and professionally.
The ability to speak and communicate in additional languages, such as French, Russian, Spanish or Polish would be a great advantage due to the companies international presence but is not essential.
Duties & Responsibilities;
Identify training needs, arrange and manage attendees for training and development courses.
Support HR team with staff queries and enquiries. Ensuring that queries are responded to promptly and any actions followed up
Support management in employee management, including disciplinarians, sicknesses grievances and appraisals.
Liaising with management to identify staffing requirements against service needs, supporting with the recruitment process and providing administrative support with documentation and communication.
Be actively involved in the recruitment process, preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, undertaking recruitment checks and offering contracts (ensuring all legislation is adhered to)
Support with Delivery of site inductions
Offer guidance and company policy knowledge to internal stakeholders
Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation
Undertake HR administration duties when required
Undertake HR projects with the team as directed by the HR Director.
Maintain all employee records
Any further reasonable tasks given from HR Director
