We are currently seeking a Service Support Assistant to deliver a range of administrative support to enable all our hubs in the community to run smoothly. This will include alarm service, meals services, domestic support packages, and verification and allocation processes to help people stay independent in their own homes.
You will ensure that all contract administration and monitoring of contracts take place and support the marketing of Help at Home, alarm and meals services to clients.
Your responsibilities include; acting quickly when alarms are faulty, assisting with the automated and telephone-based welfare contacts process, deliver a range of quality assurance checks including mystery shops, support the service delivery team by ensuring communal area facilities are maintained and promote and efficiently manage all bookable facilities.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for meeting the support needs of older people, enabling them to live independently for as long as possible. You will have previous experience of providing administrative support in a diverse setting. You will also have the ability to use a wide range of IT-based systems and have an understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control in practice. You must have the flexibility to work across other areas and services in the Yarlington property portfolio and be able to travel efficiently between jobs.
