An ambitious digital agency in South Devon is seeking an experienced Account Director as they enter their next growth phase.
What you'll be doing
As Account Director, you'll be tasked with managing the ongoing relationships of the agency's key clients.
The company's focus is all about quality, so you'll be expected to deliver the highest possible customer service. You'll also make recommendations on new services to maximise potential revenue based on the clients' needs.
You'll oversee a range of projects - from large web builds to ongoing digital marketing campaigns - and will ensure the quality of the output meets the company's standards and is within the timescales and budgets agreed.
When required, you'll be involved in new client pitches and will generally be at the heart of all key client interactions. You'll also have an input into the strategical growth of the agency and will be collaborating on campaign ideas.
What experience you'll need
There will be commercial targets in terms of growing accounts. They've also segmented the client bank due to the level of engagement, and so the AM will be able to help them work on getting to the next step.
Dom thinks they could see value in someone that's coming back from a bigger city with lots of new and fresh ideas to bring to the team, as well as that bigger city approach to handling relationships. Also sees the value in someone up-and-coming that can be moulded in their own vision.
