Our London division works with an array of well-known businesses and organisations to deliver events and projects that help companies to thrive and grow. These events include seminars, workshops, Meet the Buyers, conferences, exhibitions and trade missions across various sectors and geographies.

The Project & Events Manager Role:

We’re a small team so you’ll need to be comfortable using your initiative and a real self-starter. You’ll be great at sales, happy to pick up the phone and be strong on logistics.

In the role, you will promote, plan, manage, coordinate and deliver business improvement projects and events such as seminars, workshops, Meet the Buyers, conferences, exhibitions and trade missions.

Our clients come from a variety of sectors including local authorities, airports and construction, so you’ll need to be adaptable and quick to learn about different industries.

About You:

+ Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
+ Excellent time management skills to multi-task and manage numerous projects in same time period
+ Excellent contract management skills
+ ICT Literacy with competence in Microsoft Office packages
+ Experience of marketing tactics, tools and implementation
+ Experience of building strategic relationships
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Holds driving licence and has access to own transport
+ Experience of events delivery in a business to business context
+ Experience of procurement tender processes and negotiation with suppliers
+ Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

Desirable

+ Degree or equivalent in relevant subject area
+ Knowledge of regional business support
