FINANCIAL ADVISOR / IFA
30K BASIC PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION, OTE 60K - 80K
HOME BASED ROLE
Our client is a rapidly expanding Financial advisory practice aimed specifically at bridging the gap for clients looking for an option between non-advised technology led advice models and traditional IFAs. The FA role is an exciting and challenging role which reflects the company's commitment to providing face to face holistic financial advice.
You will be provided with pre-qualified booked appointments in your diary. In addition, you will have the opportunity to have calls passed straight over to you, for clients who are available to discuss financial planning solutions.
We will consider experienced and newly qualified Financial advisers that have at least a QCF Level 4 Diploma, who are looking to develop, grow and ultimately enjoy their career.
Main responsibilities:
• Attending fully Pre-Qualified Pension Appointments in possession of a full analysis of the client's current circumstances
• Completing fact finds and risk profile questionnaires during face to face client meetings
• Identifying client needs for
-Pensions and Investments
- Life and CI Cover
-Estate Planning
-Specialist Tax Advice
• Analysing pension comparison / switching reports
• Writing recommendation reports and presenting to clients.
• Advising clients on transfers to pre-agreed conversion ratios
Main skills and experience needed will include:
• MUST have at least a QCF Level 4 diploma in Financial Planning
• Prior financial services experience is an advantage, however recently qualified candidates are also welcome to apply
• Have a desire to succeed as a financial planner
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS) but not essential
• A desire to self-generate to increase residual earning potential
