Reporting to the Reward Manager the Reward Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day delivery and support of reward products and processes. The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Central Performance and Reward, HR Platforms, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.

The Role:

•Actively contribute to the successful delivery of end to end global group wide variable compensation and fixed pay review processes
•Hands on support for reward specialists and Divisional Reward on global delivery and rollout of products, processes or policies e.g. project tracking, planning etc.
•Work in partnership with Group Reward to facilitate the Senior Exec Compensation Committee process and any other relevant Group Committee
•Actively contribute to the production of effective communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any reward product or process
•Support the delivery and implementation of reward products and processes across the firm, from launch through to post implementation review
•Support relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the firm and external contacts such as vendors
•Support the delivery of processes or analytics related to reward regulatory requirements
•Ad-hoc reporting and analysis of reward data using MS Excel as needed
•Work individually or in wider teams to improve process performance by solving problems and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
•Develop an understand the reward systems working alongside HR technology teams to deliver improvements and enhancements as needed
•Complete data audits and cleanses as required and ensuring any follow up actions are completed on time
•Support the annual job matching and market benchmarking process and generation of appropriate analytics and insights
•Any other relevant reward activities as required

The Person:

•Knowledge of large multisite / global organisations
•Some knowledge of HR/Reward/Performance preferred
•A consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving
•Some analytical or reporting skills
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
•Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
