My client, an established and local hospitality operator within many sectors of the catering industry in Cornwall, is in the process of opening a bespoke restaurant and bar that will rival the best in the local area within this busy seaside town in North Cornwall.
They vision is that they are looking to offer amazing, imaginative and creative cocktails and drinks and slow cooked roasted meats and dishes like cote de boeuf and other high end classics, these are just some of what the food offering is looking to go towards.
We are looking for an established and experienced Head Chef who can hit the ground running, we are looking for a passionate, imaginative chef with a real can do attitude.
The position is an immediate start, offering a competitive starting salary and the opportunity to take this venture forward from the off.
