Operations Support Administrator - Cambridge

Working from our Cambridge Base you will be an integral part of our Operations Team enabling our crews to provide a first class life-saving service across East Anglia.  You will provide Operational Support to the Clinical, Aviation and Operations Teams whilst also supplying information and statistical support to the charity.

Location: Cambridge Airport
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Annual salary: £17,000 – £19,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Maintaining daily contact with both clinical bases (Norwich and Cambridge) you will monitor and maintain a programme that ensures daily, weekly, monthly, annual audits and checks are carried out in a timely fashion producing monthly compliance reports providing evidence for CQC purposes.

You will order, receive, record and issue Personal Protective Equipment, Medical equipment, consumables and drugs for both Norwich and Cambridge and ensure records concerning Electrical Medical Equipment used within the clinical teams is correctly maintained taking the appropriate action with issues found.

An excellent communicator you will be able to quickly form good working relationships and understanding with clinicians and have the ability to interact with colleagues and partners at different levels.

You will demonstrate strong IT skills and the aptitude to manage a varied workload.

East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is the charity providing a helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) for the people of East Anglia. Since our launch in 2000 we have attended over 20,000 lifesaving missions, touching the lives of many thousands of people.
