Internal Account Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a very exciting fast paced office as an Internal Account Manager.

Our client is based just outside of Nottingham City Centre with good transport links.

You must be comfortable;

Meeting or exceeding targets and profit for each customer

Proactively seeking out opportunities, build relationships and agree sales. Use your negotiating skills to achieve the best return on investment.

Controlling stock levels for a customer's special items within agreed limits

Responding to all customers enquiries in a professional but friendly manner. Numeracy skills are essential and the ability to ensure the customer understands all figures, quotes and stock levels.

Administering all customer orders from start to finish and ensuring they are accurate and efficiently delivered

Maintaining accurate records on new and existing customers

Learning new products, sizes, materials in order to ensure each customer questions and queries are responded to first time

This is a very exciting, busy, supportive and fast paced environment. You will need to be confident, not be afraid to "get stuck in" and definitely not a shrinking violet. The company offers great progression opportunities for the right person
