We are recruiting an operational lead for the provision of community based counselling and wellbeing services. You will join a team of dynamic senior managers who support the delivery of Dialogue services to over 8,000 children & young people.
This is an exciting new role, where you will be responsible for driving forwards project development, including a range of wellbeing offers, to meet the needs of young people aged 11- 18, and managing contract performance. 
The position is working across West Sussex, and we anticipate being based at YMCA Horsham Y Centre, however work base can be negotiated with the successful applicant.
It is important that service user’s feedback is embedded in the development and delivery of services and that we create opportunities for young people to participate in co-production opportunities. You will oversee the production of joint quarterly reports and any other monitoring information as required by commissioners, stakeholders, funders and other appropriately interested parties.

You will need a proven knowledge of relevant Local and National Government mental health strategies, experience of managing relevant services (desirably children & young people’s services) and ideally hold a relevant professional qualification.
