Working as part of a team in a dedicated area to achieve sales, business targets and goals is key to this Territory Sales Manager role for Building Products. Building and sustaining high-quality customer relationships and raising the profile of Aggregate Industries, you will win new business both directly and via partnerships to drive revenue and margin. You will need to produce accurate forecasts and develop your sales plan; additionally you will develop a comprehensive grasp of both our full product range and competitor activity.
Covering the South East territory, the ability to develop both existing and new customer base through establishing meaningful relationships with key personnel that allows the optimum identification of potential benefits /opportunities for Building Products and the wider Aggregate Industries portfolio is essential.
To apply for the Territory Sales Manager you will need a proven sales track record. You will have organisational, planning and time management skills and be a robust negotiator and influencer, ideally with analytical, budgetary and financial skills. As well as this you will also have:
• effective all round communication
• good report writing capabilities
• strengths around questioning and information-seeking/research
• good geographical knowledge of the area
• some experience of CRM systems is preferable.
