£20,247 per annum*
(Plus mileage allowance or use of a company vehicle)
 
Full Time (Flexible working on a call out basis, over a five week rota to include evenings, nights and weekend working)
 
Our client currently has an opportunity for a 24 hour Response Officer to join their team. The main requirement of this role will be:
 
-To provide an efficient 24 hour response service to customers in the Wyre Forest area on a rota basis, able to respond within 20 minutes of call out.
-To assist customers who have had a fall, using appropriate methods and/or equipment.
-On occasions, to carry out personal care services for customers.
-To provide excellent customer care at all times.
 
The successful candidates for this position ideally will have previous experience in care and support and be qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent or be willing to work towards QCF in care.
 
Our client is looking for someone who is flexible in their approach, is an excellent communicator and able to remain calm in difficult situations.
 
You will be a team player who has an approachable personality and able to problem solve and identify and manage risk.
