HRS Invictus in Leeds is looking for 10+ Customer Service Assistants available to start immediately!
No sales or customer service experience is required because we offer product training workshops, ongoing guidance, and support.
We’re simply looking for people that:
- Are over 18 years of age and eligible to work in the UK
- Can commute to Leeds City Centre daily
- Have above average customer service skills
Our primary clients are multinational companies who are market leaders in their field. They believe in providing the best value to customers by offering competitive pricing and innovative products backed by good service. Over the past few years, they're grown rapidly and they want our Customer Service & Sales Assistants to help them grow even faster!
We help them increase their market share and brand awareness throughout the Leeds areas. We provide new customers for them on a daily basis through face to face customer transactions. This allows us to explain their options clearly, answer questions and complete necessary contracts.
Customer Service Assistants Should:
- Enjoy working with customers, and have an outgoing personality to attract customers’ attention
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team Have an interest in sales, customer service, HR, Administration
- Take pride in their work ethic
- Be available for full time hours ideally
- Dress smart and have a professional attitude
In the next 18 months, we'll be expanding into additional markets, so growth opportunities will be available for people to lead and manage campaigns, sales assistants, and clients. We have a fast-paced, structured Business Development Programme in place for people that produce results and have an interest in growing in our industry!
