Basic Salary £35k to £45k, depending on experience. OTE £60k to £100k.
This company, leaders of the plastics industry, is in search of an ambitious Technical Sales Engineer who can develop sales of chilled water. This is a field sales role. You will be driving sales and taking ownership of business development with existing and new customers. You will be supported by internal sales, along with the Marketing, Technical, Engineering and Project teams to help you maximise growth. The role will require both the acquisition of new business through targeted prospecting activities and the ability to develop leads referred by the ancillaries sales team.
There is a real capacity to expand the role and grow within the business, but to do so will rely on more than sales and technical ability - it will take real passion and drive, for achieving goals but also to be part of a winning team. Extensive product training will be given but an engineering mind with experience is very beneficial.

- At least five years field sales experience (B2B)

- A sense of humour and plenty of character
