KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & COMPETENCIES:

• Engineering background with knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Advance planning of projects - activities & resource identification and sequencing.
• Effective management of cross functional activities and projects in a medium sized company.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead program management activities in the company by coordination with other departments in global locations.
• Involvement in planning and detailing new product development activities; oversee and manage projects to completion.
• Coordinate customer activities with Sales & Engineering teams.
• Prepare executive summaries and management briefs.
• Coordinate Senior Management Team Meetings.
