Job Title: Locality Manager (Eastern)
Hours: From 29 and 36 hours per week (both full time and part time applications will be considered)
Nature of Contract: Permanent
Location: Home based - to cover Herts, Central Bedfordshire and Luton localities
Salary: £43,416.17 per annum

As the public face of the Skills for Care, you will deliver our services to a broad spectrum of employers, ensuring that you understand their individual challenges and priorities.
This will involve extensive networking, requiring outstanding interpersonal skills, a dynamic personality and proven ability to translate customer requirements into measurable actions.
We are looking for a confident, capable individual who ideally will have a good knowledge of the sector. You should be well versed in workforce development, skilled in presenting and negotiating, and ready to make a significant impact on our engagement with social care employers and related services in the area.
This role will cover Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Bedford Borough and will involve frequent travel within these areas. The post holder will also be required to occasionally attend meetings in other parts of the country.
