Sovereign Automotive, are looking to recruit a Transport and Rental Coordinator as our business expands beyond our expectation.This is a really exciting time to be joining us and we hope to keep growing our existing team based here in Epsom.

The Transport and Rental Coordinator role is a varied role in which the successful candidate will be organised, have strong customer service skills and be a capable administrator.

This role will involve dealing with incoming vehicle rentals, the allocation of hire vehicles and the managing of relevant paperwork, all of this will require open communication with other departments to secure any additional information needed.

Duties will include???.

Administration:
Processing cheques of BACS payments
Correspondence with the DVLA
Management of Depot stock lists
Signing off supplier invoices
Updating computer and paper based systems to ensure that records are kept correctly Sourcing and researching potential salvage sale route
Administrating the sale of salvage
Allocating hire vehicles, checking vehicle specs and the customers license and completing relevant paperwork.
Attending any team meetings to improve the day to day running of the business
Customer Service:

Handling claims involving company vehicles
Managing customer queries with regard to the sale of salvage
Providing advice and query handling for the claims teams with relation to salvage sales.
Managing customer queries with regards to allocated vehicles spec
The successful candidate should possess the ability to:

Manage a high workload while remaining organised, have the ability to switch from one responsibility to another whilst delivering a high standard of work, be assertive and have a positive approach to verbal negotiations/ discussions and exude excellent written and verbal communications.They will have a good working knowledge of MS Office, and any exposure to the motor trade would be advantageous.

This is a full time, permanent position - Working hours are between 9:00am and 5:30pm. Monday to Friday. Our staff are entitled to over 3000 different benefits including high street and household discounts from the UKs leading retailers, entertainment providers and insurers.
